Delete your account

This page is for FamHuddle, the family planning app by NetCORE Investment Group, Inc. You can delete your account at any time, and you don't need the app installed to do it.

In the app

Settings, then Your account, then type your email address to confirm. Your sign-in is deleted at once. If you signed up but never set up a family, the app offers Delete my login on its first screen.

On the web, without the app

1. Go to app.famhuddle.app and sign in with the email address, Apple or Google account you use for FamHuddle. The sign-in confirms it's you.
2. You land on Your account. Type your email address to confirm, then delete.

If you're stuck, email support@famhuddle.app from your account address and we'll walk you through it. We can't delete an account on someone's behalf, so the deletion itself is always yours to confirm.

What is deleted

• If other adults are in your family: your sign-in goes at once. Your reminders, calendar link and notification tokens stop. Any driving you accepted goes back to the family, and the other adults are told. The family, the children's first names, the plan and its history stay, because they belong to the family the other adults still use. They keep their own accounts.
• If you are the only admin and others remain: you're asked to make another adult admin first, so the family is never left without one.
• If you are the last adult: the whole family is deleted with you: the plan, the children's first names and activities, forwarded messages, chores, paired family screens and photos. Live data is gone within a day, and from backups within 7 days, when they expire.
• If you're not in a family: only your sign-in and email address, which go at once.

What is kept, and for how long

• Your first name on past history, so the other adults can still read who drove or confirmed what. Your email address and the link to your sign-in are removed. This stays while the family exists.
• A record that an account was deleted, with no personal data in it, kept for 400 days like other usage events.
• Backups, which expire within 7 days.
