Terms of use
Last updated September 30, 2026
The agreement for using FamHuddle during the pilot, in plain words.
The short version
- The pilot is free for four weeks. We don't take a card, so nothing renews.
- FamHuddle proposes; you confirm. You stay responsible for your children and your plans.
- Your messages and your plan are yours. We use them only to run FamHuddle for your family.
- You can stop and delete everything at any time.
- Disputes go to individual arbitration, not court or class actions, unless you opt out within 30 days.
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and NetCORE Investment Group, Inc. ("we"), which operates FamHuddle. By using FamHuddle you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
Who can use FamHuddle
FamHuddle is for parents and guardians organising their own family. You must be 18 or older. Children don't have accounts.
The pilot
The pilot runs for four weeks with a small group of families. It's free, we don't take a card, and nothing renews. Before the pilot ends we'll tell you the founding-family price; if you don't choose to continue, your account simply stops and you can delete everything.
It's a pilot: features may change, and FamHuddle will sometimes misread a message. Telling us when it does is part of the pilot.
Your account and your family
Keep access to your email and your Apple or Google sign-in safe; anyone who can use them can use your account. You decide which adults to invite into your family, and they can see your family's plan. When the last adult leaves, the family is deleted.
Your content
The messages you forward and the plan you build belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run FamHuddle for your family, including through the services listed in the privacy policy. Only forward messages you're allowed to share, and don't use FamHuddle to collect other people's information beyond what your family's plan needs.
AI proposals and your responsibility
FamHuddle reads messages and proposes plan items. Proposals can be wrong, which is why nothing reaches your plan until an adult confirms it. Travel times are your own estimates, not live traffic, and a reminder can arrive late or not at all.
FamHuddle doesn't arrange transport, check drivers or supervise children. You remain responsible for your children's safety and for confirming arrangements with the people involved.
Acceptable use
- Don't break the law or harm anyone with FamHuddle.
- Don't try to reach another family's data, probe our security without permission, or overload the service.
- Don't copy, scrape or resell the service.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or reports, we may use them to improve FamHuddle without owing you anything. Thank you: in a pilot, feedback is the point.
Other services
FamHuddle works with services you already use, such as your email, your calendar app and the app stores. Their own terms apply to them.
Stopping and ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account or your family from Settings. We may end the pilot, or suspend an account that misuses the service; where we can, we'll tell you first and give you time to export your data.
Disclaimer of warranties
FamHuddle is pilot software provided "as is" and "as available", and you use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that FamHuddle will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that it will read every message correctly, or that any reminder will arrive on time.
Some states don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of this may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
Damages we exclude
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, time or goodwill, however they arise and even if we were told they were possible. This doesn't apply to physical injury caused directly by our own negligence, or to anything else the law doesn't let us exclude.
The cap
Our total liability for all claims about FamHuddle, combined, is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Time to bring a claim
Any claim about FamHuddle must be started within one year after it arises, or it's permanently barred, unless the law requires a longer period.
Indemnification
If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms, misused FamHuddle, or forwarded content you weren't allowed to share, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees. We'll tell you about the claim promptly, and you can take part in how it's handled.
Disputes, arbitration and governing law
Talk to us first
Before any formal claim, email support@famhuddle.app with what went wrong and what you'd like. Both sides then try in good faith to settle it within 30 days.
Individual arbitration
If it isn't settled, you and NetCORE Investment Group, Inc. agree to resolve any dispute about FamHuddle or these terms by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in San Francisco, California (or by video, if you prefer). You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action, class arbitration or other representative proceeding.
Small claims
Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, if it qualifies.
Your right to opt out
You can opt out of arbitration by emailing support@famhuddle.app within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms, with your name and the subject line "Arbitration opt-out". If you opt out, disputes go to the state or federal courts in San Francisco, California.
Governing law
California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement.
Subscriptions
Not used during the pilot. This section will describe any paid plan before one is offered.
Changes to these terms
We update the date at the top when these terms change, and we'll email pilot families before a change that affects them takes effect.
