A ride without a yes still needs a driver.famhuddle.app
One page for the week. Every activity gets a drop-off driver and a pickup driver, so nobody assumes someone else has it. Print it, fill it in on Sunday, and put it on the fridge.
How to use it
- List the week's activities, one row each: the day, the activity, the child, and the start and end time.
- Fill in both drivers. Drop-off and pickup are separate columns, because they're often different people.
- Write "?" for any ride without a yes. A "?" is a ride you still need to ask about.
- Add the leave-by time. Count back from the start: how early to arrive, then the drive.
- Note what to pack, especially anything new from the coach this week.
- Re-check on Wednesday. Practices move. If a time or place changed, ask the driver again.
How FamHuddle does this
FamHuddle builds this week for you from the messages you already get: forward the coach's email or a photo of the flyer, check the plan it drafts, and confirm it. Every activity gets a drop-off and a pickup, a leave-by time once you set the travel time, and a packing list. It can also show in your phone's calendar through a read-only link.
